Distinguishing features

Pale brown/green with low, polygonal warts on dorsum and tall, highly branched gill appendages. Oral tentacles end in a crown of small branches. Rhinophore sheaths are long and have frilly margins.

Identification is based on similarity to Marionia species shown in Humann and Deloach (2010) and Sea Slug Forum (accessed 15 Aug 2020). There are few Australian records of the genus and apparently none from the Great Barrier Reef (Atlas of Living Australia accessed 15 Aug 2020).
