Distinguishing features

A small, very flat crab that lives under rubble in shallow and intertidal areas. Carapace is rounded with four spines on each side and at the front between the eyes. Colour pattern is distinctive: carapace mottled brown with a narrow, bright green/blue mid-longitudinal stripe and partial oblique lines on either side forming an X shape.
