Distinguishing features

Pea-green eyes with a brown band on the ocular peduncle. Overall colouration pale green. (Information provided by Graham McMartin, Jan 2023). Acquires anemones on shell.

In genus Dardanus, the left clawed leg is generally larger than the right but occasionally the claws legs are of similar size (Jones and Morgan, 1994).
