Distinguishing features

Orange with numerous tiny white spots on dorsal surface that finish abruptly to leave a bright orange margin.

Id based on Ryanskiy (2021). Very similar to photo from Bali, Indonesia labelled Phrikoceros sp 3 by Newman and Cannon (2003, p. 72).
