Distinguishing features

Orange/brown legs and claws. Left clawed leg much larger than right (as in all species of Calcinus; Jones and Morgan, 1994). Eyestalks orange or brown tipped with blue.

Malay et al (2018) note that live colouration is invaluable in species identification of Calcinus.
