Distinguishing features
Usually seen at night. Graham McMartin notes (Jan 2023): "Olive green eyes (sometimes blue/green) with red bands on the ocular peduncles, blue and red antennules and an overall pale orange and pink colouration."

also acquires anemones on the shell but, as advised by Graham McMartin (Jan 2023), it has bright pea-green eyes, bands on the ocular peduncle are more brown than red, and overall colouration is pale green rather than pink in D. pedunculatus.
