Distinguishing features
A small, very well-camouflaged goby that lives on sand. Translucent with many small white and brown/orange spots all over and some larger spaced spots, often paired, in a line along the middle of each side. Pelvic fins with white bands, small brown flecks on dorsal and tail fins. No scales on the cheek and opercle, and no dark spot at the base of the tail.
