Distinguishing features

Feathery branching and tiny, evenly-sized tentacles are diagnostic for Myriopathes (thanks to Joe Rowlett for this info, Jan 2020). Orange/brown colouration and short branches suggest M. myriophylla and also M. japonica (thanks to Erika Gress for this info, Nov 2021).
