Synonyms
Comments
Byrnes et al (1977) record three species of Cyperus from this habitat. Of these, the photographed specimens look most like Cyperus holoschoenus. However, that species is not recorded from Lizard Island in Atlas of Living Australia (accessed 25 Oct 2016), so it appears the Lizard Island specimens have been reidentified.
